12/2000 to 2/2001 Contract employment with Spherion Corp . Working as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Intel. Responsible for testing, reporting and regressing bugs for a outsourcing group creating a contracted web site.

9/1995 to 1219/95 Contract worker for XXCal Inc., Employed as aQuality Assurance Rep. at Compression Labs Inc. Tested Hardware and Software for Teleconferencing products. Duties include configuration of hardware and various telephone connections to facilitate testing of new hardware and software releases. Responsible for reporting and confirming bugs and fixes during and after product release.
3/1995 to 09/1995: Product Support/Product Assurance Specialist for Media Vision . Duties included testing and qualification of software and hardware for new products and Multimedia kits, technical editing of all printed and electronic documentation pertaining to those products, and support of the technical staff of our OEM customers and International support organizations. This duties required both verbal and written communication skills as well as extensive knowledge of Media Vision products and related hardware and software.
4/1994 to 03/1995: Senior Technical Support Representative at Media Vision . Duties included answering phones during peak traffic periods, taking escalated or problem calls from other technicians or supervisors, serving as temporary supervisor in the event that the assigned supervisor was not present, and interfacing with the Product Support group to resolve difficult customer issues and problems concerning hardware and software compatibility and usage.
